Peer application uses new Apple multi peer connectivity API (iOS7 only) that lets transfer data between iOS devices peer-to-peer.

It is possible to use this application by only having two devices nearby (bluetooth/Wi-Fi range). It will not work in long distances.

Use Peer application abroad while traveling with friends as walkie-talkie and avoid charges for data usage. No need to connect to Wi-Fi router.
